| At Techsouq.com, we strive to provide our customers with the highest quality service and support. Please find our shipping and return policy below. Should you have any questions please feel free to contact our offices. | Shipping Policy:
| | • | Free Ground Shipping on all orders of AED100(One Hundred Dirhams) or more. Only applies to orders totalling AED100.00 or more after all other discounts etc. have been applied, with a shipping destination within the United Arab Emirates, a shipping Charge of AED10.00 (Ten Dirhams) will be chargeable extra on any order/s below AED100(One Hundred Dirhams). | | • | Most orders placed before 2000hrs. UAE time will ship the next business day, Dubai deliveries will normally be executed within next day, please allow one extra day for inter-emirates shipments. | | • | If the order is unable to be processed and shipped the next day and is listed as "In Stock" the order will be shipped within 48 hours from time of order. | | • | All Special Order pieces will be shipped upon arrival of the product or as requested by the purchaser. | | • | Any orders placed over the phone and paid by check, cash, or money order are not subject to the listed quantity of product at the time of order. It is subject to the listed quantity at the time payment is received. | | • | All orders scheduled on any official Holiday will be shipped the next business day. | | • | Friday & Saturday deliveries are available upon request. | | • | Customer has 3 business days to report any missing or damaged parts from date of receiving any merchandise | | • | Shipping Time is calculated in BUSINESS DAYS, and does not include Fridays, Saturdays, and/or official holidays. | | • | Blaze Computers L.L.C. reserves the right to refuse any order for any reason. |
| Damaged/Lost/Delayed Shipments: | | Blaze Computers L.L.C. is not responsible for items that may be damaged, or lost by the shipping company, or "carrier" (FedEx, UPS,Empost). All shipments are fully insured with the respective carrier. All products and packaging should be carefully inspected upon receipt and any damage should be brought to the carrier's attention. If necessary, purchaser should alert the carrier and Blaze Computers L.L.C. that a claim needs to be filed for that shipment. Once a claim is approved and processed by the carrier, our shipping department will then ship out a replacement. Blaze Computers L.L.C. has no control over the timeliness of the shipments and cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the carrier. If necessary, Blaze Computers L.L.C. will aid in the filing of an appropriate claim with the carrier in the event of loss, damage, or shipping delay. |
| Non Defective Returns: All non defective equipment can be returned for full credit of the merchandise within 30 days of purchase. The following guidelines must be met for consideration of return. | | • | Must contact our offices within 30 Days of date of purchase. We do not accept returns after 30 days. No exceptions unless authorized before purchase. | | • | Must have a valid Return Authorization Number. To get a Return Authorization Number please contact our offices at 04-3550 600. | | • | Equipment must not be altered or tampered with in attempts to modify circuitry. | | • | The box must have the UPC on the box (not have been cut off) and the box not damaged or cut. Original merchandise box must not be defaced or altered in any way. | | • | All returned merchandise must be in original carton with all manufacturers included accessories, manuals and instructions. Missing accessories will result in a reduced credit amount by the actual replacement cost of those items. |

| | Credits will be posted to the appropriate account within 30 business days of receipt of equipment. Tel: 3550600 | | Defective Equipment - Any goods which prove to be defective within 30 days of delivery may be exchanged for a replacement of the same model. After 30 days all equipment warranty is only valid through the manufacturer only. The following guidelines must be met for consideration of return. | | • | Contact our offices within 30 Days at 04-3550600 for a return authorization number. No returned merchandise will be accepted without a valid return authorization number on the shipping label. | | • | All returned merchandise must be in original carton with all manufacturers included accessories along with the manuals and instructions. Missing accessories will result in a charge of the actual replacement cost of those items. | | • | The box must have the UPC on the box (not have been cut off) and the box not damaged or cut. Original merchandise box must not be defaced or altered in any way. Merchandise initially returned as defective, whose defect cannot be verified, will incur a freight charge for replacement shipment. | | • | Merchandise initially shipped 'double-boxed' must be returned to Blaze Computers L.L.C in like fashion. The order will be processed once we have received the defective equipment. Blaze Computers L.L.C. will pay shipping costs for replacement of defective merchandise. |
| • | Warranty is covered by the respective vendor/ original manufacturer, where ever applicable, Blaze Computers role is to expedite the repair/return of the defective items at the earliest possible from their respective vendors, and Blaze Computers L.L.C. is in no way liable for any warranty or related issues. |

Attn: Defective Returns
| Properly returned defective merchandise will be replaced without a charge as long as all parts, accessories, and manuals are returned in proper fashion. Any merchandise that arrives damaged requires special attention. In the event this occurs, please call immediately. If you have any questions, please call us toll free at 04-3550600.
| PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL EQUIPMENT MUST BE IN THE ORIGINAL BOXES WITH THE MANUALS, INSTRUCTIONS AND ACCESSORIES IN ORDER TO ACCEPT ANY RETURNS. ANY EQUIPMENT NOT RETURNED IN THE ORIGINAL UNALTERED BOXES WITH THE UPC BAR CODE WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED FOR RETURN. |
